The production process of Rongpeng's spray gun includes multiple stages from design and material selection to assembly and quality testing.

Engineers use CAD, SolidWorks and other professional software to calculate and model the design of each component of the R-77G air spray gun, with the goal of achieving high performance and practicality of the finished gun.

Then there is the layer by layer selection of excellent materials. Stainless steel and hard-coated anodized aluminum are commonly used for their outstanding durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to maintain precision. These materials allow the gun to withstand professional spraying and provide consistent performance over time.

Then there is the manufacturing of the gun body. Rongpeng has a specialized CNC machine that is manipulated and controlled by a CNC master with several years of experience. The robot arm drills holes while a constant stream of lubricant lubricates and cools the gun body. The CNC machine ensures that the gun bodies are manufactured consistently and accurately.

At the same time, the components of the R-77G professional spray gun are manufactured, which are finished one by one and then assembled. In pursuit of the gun's high performance, six washers are used throughout the gun, for a total of 36 parts. These parts are in their respective positions and together they provide the strength for the gun to work.

Then comes the assembly of the spray gun. Each step of the process has specially written instructions and pictures from the engineers hanging at each person's workstation. Workers on each production line do their jobs and are in their places, moving quickly but not in a panic. The process also uses special part contact fixing glue and pneumatic wrenches and pneumatic screwdrivers to fix the parts and improve the sealing of the gun body.

Here's the quality test. With every gun, a spray test is performed. For guns that spray unevenly or spray at an angle, a small needle is used to unclog the burr in the nozzle hole. If there is still a problem, further inspection and rework will be done.
