2.Equipped with more than 30 imported machining centers from MAZAK and FANUC, alongside automated production lines, the company operates in compliance with TS16949 and ISO9001 management systems and implements the TPS lean production model. Strict full-process quality control is enforced throughout precision component machining, assembly and finished-product testing.

Every airless machine undergoes rigorous inspections, including pressure testing, tightness verification and durability aging tests, ensuring stable continuous operation, high spraying efficiency and extended service life. With an annual capacity of 360,000 units, we reliably support global market supply.
