How to Precautions for using air spray gun

One. Maintain a stable and proper air pressure

1. The size of the air pressure should use the air pressure specified in the manual. Before using the pneumatic spray gun, check the air pressure. It must not exceed the specified air pressure, otherwise the consequences will be disastrous;

2. The air source must be dry and dust-free ordinary compressed air, oxygen and any flammable gas are strictly prohibited to avoid accidental injury;

3. After each work, the air pressure tube must be separated from the tool;

4. When multiple rongpeng spray guns share a compressor, the capacity of the compressor must match it, otherwise the air pressure will be insufficient and the spraying effect will be affected.

Two, operation instructions

1. Ready to use

(1) Before operation Rongpeng air spray gun, especially after cleaning or maintenance work, you must check whether the screws are tight. If they are loose, please tighten the screws. Tighten the nozzle set parts.

(2) ①The air interface is at the lower part of the handle of the spray gun. Before installing the air hose, it should be blown clean.

②The spray gun has been coated with antiseptic before leaving the factory. Therefore, the spray gun should be rinsed thoroughly with thinner before use.

③When using the spray gun, adjust the spraying pressure required. Check the spray pattern on the paper, if necessary, you can change the pressure to readjust.

2. Adjust the width of the fan

Rotate the spray pattern adjuster to adjust the width of the fan. According to your requirements, the spraying pattern can be adjusted from a fan shape to a circle shape.

Three. Reduce paint flow

By adjusting the paint flow control knob, the size of the paint flow can be adjusted by adjusting the stroke of the gun needle (unscrew the positioning nut, and then tighten the positioning nut after adjustment). If the stroke of the needle is too small and the paint pressure is too high, the needle will wear out more quickly. We recommend that you install a smaller nozzle set.

Three, performance maintenance

1. Cleaning of the spray gun

After use, the spray gun and its accessories should be cleaned immediately. Careless maintenance and cleaning are the main reasons for the failure of the spray gun.

When cleaning the top-suction spray gun, first remove the paint can and leave the suction tube in the cup. Then loosen the air cap 2-3 turns, block the air cap with a folded rag, and then pull the trigger. This allows the paint in the spray gun to flow back into the paint tank.

Note: The air pressure used should be low. When the paint tank is still installed on the gun, do not perform the above operations, otherwise the paint will splash out of the tank.

Tighten the air cap again and pour the paint in the paint tank back into the original large tank. Clean the inside and lid of the cup with solvent and a thin brush, and wipe off the residue with a cloth soaked in solvent. Then pour a little clean detergent into the cup, trigger the trigger, spray the detergent, and clean the feeding pipe.

Then remove the air cap, soak it in thinner or solvent, and clean the clogged pores with a round toothbrush or a soft brush like a straw broom. Remember, never use things like iron wire or nails to clean these small holes, because these small holes are all drilled. Clean the nozzle with spray gun brush and solvent. Wipe the outside of the gun body with a cloth soaked in thinner, taking care to wipe off all traces of paint.

In operations such as cleaning the spray gun, a large amount of solvent will remain. The solvent recovery machine uses high-temperature distillation to recover the dirty solvent and obtain clean solvent, which saves a lot of solvent and protects the environment.

Note: If the spray gun is not cleaned immediately after use, the nozzle will be partially or completely blocked, causing the spray spray from the spray gun to split (spray out dry paint fragments) or the spray shape is wrong. This is especially true for enamels with additives. Because if it is not cleaned immediately after use, the enamel paint will harden inside the spray gun.

2. Maintenance of the spray gun

It is best to lubricate the spray gun after working every day and lubricate the parts with a light machine. Due to normal wear and aging, seals, springs, needle valves and nozzles must be replaced regularly. The replacement should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Because excessive oil will flow into the paint and oil passages, causing spraying defects, you must be very careful when lubricating. The mixing of oil and paint will reduce the quality of spraying.

Do not soak the entire spray gun in the cleaning fluid for a long time, which will harden the sealing ring and destroy the lubrication effect.

In order to obtain the best repair effect, use different spray guns under different coatings and conditions. It is recommended that each person be equipped with four spray guns, one for primer and middle coat spraying, one for top coat and varnish layer spraying, one for silver paint spraying, and one small repair spray gun for point repair use. If these spray guns maintain good cleaning and work order, it will save a lot of adjustment and cleaning time when changing guns.

4. Precautions for safe operation

1. At work, do not wear jewelry items such as rings, necklaces and bracelets

2. Do not face the muzzle to anyone (including yourself) at any time, and do not squeeze the board while painting.

3. Under any circumstances, the air hose connecting the tool should not be lifted, and the handle of the tool must be used.

4. Do not arbitrarily change the original design, structure and function combination of the tool.

5. When you find that the tool is leaking, never use it.

6. Clean the work area from time to time and keep it clean to avoid personal injury caused by the unclean environment of the site.
